Cape Coral Resident and ROTC Cadet Lacey Sovern to be Commissioned as Second Lieutenant in U.S. Army at Florida Tech

ROTC Cadet Lacey Sovern, a Aviation Management major from Cape Coral FL, will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army and earn a bachelor of science degree from Florida Institute of Technology on May 4. Sovern will enter the Aviation, active duty branch.
